- 15mm nylon knitted crimp – very realistic and superior playing surface
- 10mm EVA foam rubber with high impact absorbtion to help avoid stress on muscles
- 5mm hard rubber – adds weight and gives purchase to the mat to keep it steady.
- 1.5m x 1.5m – allowing rotation of all 4 sides giving maximum longevity.
